Since joining the company in 2004 I have seen many positive changes in all aspects of the business not the least of which has been the continual improvement in our financial performance year upon year. I attribute this to the fact that we have a committed team of employees right across the country supported by quality products and services.
I am personally very proud of the achievements we have made and enthusiastic about those that I know are yet to come. As more and more businesses relocate their factories off shore, it also gives me a great sense of pride that we are a successful Australian manufacturer on both the local and global stages.
In 2008 we embarked on several major strategic initiatives inclusive of a formal Business Improvement Program which is specifically aimed at developing our own employees to grow with the business.
